The 'Daphine Terra’ series of utilitarian lamps are considered Tommaso Cimini’s magnum opus. Whilst making ornamental the large transformer at the base of the lamp, Cimini also infuses the environmental ethos of the series, which focused on low-wattage bulbs. This oversized transformer whilst being integral to the aesthetic also aids in supporting the articulated arm which has a very wide reach. Simplistic and handsome.
